Please note that rendering services are exclusively intended for transforming existing 2D construction plans into 3D visuals.
LAYOUT PLANS

Transform the draft and design into a 2D plan for presentation. Attention: It is not a technical plan to build. However, it is a 2D plan that perfectly shows a top view of the entire design, with measurement. It is a great material for showing the proposed project to the client and also works as a permit plan.
RENDERINGS

Transform the construction plan or a very detailed draft into 3D. Prime material for contractor and homeowner to preview how the new design will look. Useful materail to be sure of aesthetics, create estimates and discuss decisions and solutions.
Co-designer
I will work with you to help develop the design, it's a team effort. This consists of when the design is a primary draft, the project is in the conceptual phase.
